The survey incorporates an ever-widening number of
positions (ranging from low level clerical to senior executives) clearly
described in Italian/English and analyzed in terms of current fixed and
variable pay, plus details of company benefits and practices.
Our Salary and Benefits Survey contains Gross/Net
conversion tables and tables showing relationship between gross pay and
total employment costs.
Data for the survey are collected by means of a
questionnaire from participating Companies.
